Op 27 juni 2007 is Marit geboren om 18:09 uur. Op maandag 25 juni beginnen de weeen. 's Middags en in de avond zet het door. Een onrustig nachtje gehad. De gehele dinsdag waren de weeen ver te zoeken. De nacht van dinsdag naar woensdag beginnen de weeen weer op te komen. Woensdagochtend om 04:00 uur naar het ziekenhuis omdat de pijn nu reeds niet meer is te verdragen. In het ziekenhuis wordt snel besloten de weeen een handje te helpen en dat heeft Karin goed gemerkt. Na een lange dag en nog wat andere kunstgrepen (knip, vacuumpomp) werd Marit om 18:09 uur geboren.

On June 27, Marit was born at 18:09 hours! Mondaymorning 25th June the contractions started. In the afternoon and evening the contractions continue. This was an unpleasant night "sleep". During Tuesday, nothing happened at all. The contractions again started in the late afternoon on Tuesday. Wednesdaymoring at 04:00 am we went to the hospital. The medics soon concluded that Karin needed a helping hand and she received a contractions stimulating injection. That worked, wwouhhh!
